Libby

Libby was a lovely spaniel cross who had sadly passed away at the age of 12. She bravely fought cancer three times during her life, but eventually lost her fight in 2019. I was asked to draw her as a Christmas present for her owner by her niece who wanted to have something to remember her by.

Libby was drawn on Winsor & Newton heavy cartridge paper with Faber Castel pencils 5B-2H. She took approximately 24 hours to complete over a five-week period.
